Dr. Suess knew how to use color

One artist who I always appreciated with their use of color was Dr. Suess. He was able to create visually stunning images in full color but also was equally skilled with simpler printing techniques and fewer colors.

 

 

He also used color to great effect in creating some very haunting images.
